The restaurant "La scarpetta di Venere" has its point of strength in the genuine and best food of local products used in the preparing of dishes for clients. We have campogiovese ricotta coming from the National Park, local truffles and best wines produced by famous and esteemed abruzzese producers as MARRAMIERO, ZACCAGNINI AND MASCIARELLI. Among the plates you can find: anellini (little rings) with speck and biological ricotta, ravioli filled with biological ricotta of Majella with walnut sauce and mushrooms, chickpeas soup and pore fungus, barbecue lamb, lamb with cheese and eggs, sheep barbecue, beef cut over a rocket bed with scales of parmisan and balsamic vinegar.
